Palo Azul Bark (Eysenhardtia polystachya).
DIRECTIONS:
Place 1–2 teaspoons of Palo Azul bark in 1 cup (240 ml) of hot water. Steep for 5–10 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Adjust strength to taste.
